Diese Seite gehört zur App X-Shred, betrieben von der X-Shred UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Emmerkämpe 24, 33039 Nieheim, Deutschland. Hier steht, wie du dein X-Shred-Konto und die dazugehörigen Daten löschen lässt.

WEG 1 — DIREKT IN DER APP

Öffne X-Shred und gehe in dein Profil. Ganz unten findest du „Konto löschen". Nach deiner Bestätigung startet die Löschung sofort. Das ist der schnellste Weg.

WEG 2 — PER E-MAIL

Wenn du die App nicht mehr installiert hast oder nicht mehr in dein Konto kommst, schreib uns an info@xshred.de. Bitte schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich bei X-Shred angemeldet hast — daran erkennen wir dein Konto. Ein Betreff wie „Konto löschen" genügt. Wir bestätigen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

WAS SOFORT GELÖSCHT WIRD

Dein Zugang selbst, dein öffentliches Profil sowie E-Mail-Adresse und Anzeigename. Deine aufgezeichneten Fahrten mit allen GPS-Punkten. Deine Auswertungen. Deine Freundschaften, offenen Freundschaftsanfragen und alle Standortfreigaben an andere.

WAS DANACH NOCH ENTFERNT WIRD

Einzelne Reste können die sofortige Löschung überdauern — etwa Zusammenfassungen deiner Skitage, von dir hochgeladene Profil- oder Gruppenbilder und ein interner Vermerk, dass das Konto gelöscht wurde. Diese Reste entfernen wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Kontolöschung. Wenn du sicher sein willst, dass nichts übrig bleibt, schreib uns an info@xshred.de — dann bestätigen wir dir die vollständige Löschung.

WAS WIR AUFBEWAHREN MÜSSEN

Sind über dein Konto Zahlungen gelaufen, müssen wir die Rechnungsbelege nach Handels- und Steuerrecht aufbewahren, in Deutschland bis zu zehn Jahre. Diese Belege enthalten Name und Rechnungsdaten, aber keine Standortdaten. Außerdem werden unsere technischen Sicherungskopien turnusmäßig überschrieben; bis das geschehen ist, können darin noch Reste liegen. Sie werden nicht mehr benutzt.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

This page belongs to the app X-Shred, operated by X-Shred UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Emmerkämpe 24, 33039 Nieheim, Germany. It explains how to delete your X-Shred account and the data that belongs to it.

OPTION 1 — IN THE APP

Open X-Shred and go to your profile. At the bottom you will find "Delete account". Once you confirm, deletion starts right away. This is the fastest route.

OPTION 2 — BY EMAIL

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot get into your account, email us at info@xshred.de. Please write from the email address you signed up with, so we can identify your account. A subject line like "Delete my account" is enough. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

WHAT IS DELETED IMMEDIATELY

Your login itself, your public profile, your email address and display name. Your recorded rides including all GPS points. Your activity insights. Your friendships, pending friend requests and every location share with other people.

WHAT IS REMOVED AFTERWARDS

Some remnants can outlast the immediate deletion — summaries of your ski days, profile or group pictures you uploaded, and an internal marker that the account was deleted. We remove those within 30 days of account deletion. If you want certainty that nothing is left, email us at info@xshred.de and we will confirm full deletion to you.

WHAT WE HAVE TO KEEP

If payments were made through your account, German commercial and tax law requires us to retain the invoice records, for up to ten years. These records contain your name and billing details, but no location data. Our backups are also overwritten on a rolling basis; until that happens, remnants may still sit in them. They are no longer used.
